Greatest Quote Ever

From Vince Russo's book (not recommended at all - very bad stuff):

"One of my other favorite people is the Ultimate Warrior. 'Warrior' (now his legal name) may be the most intelligent person I've ever come across - in my life. Like Kevin Nash, even though Warrior is street-smart, he's also book-smart. He's on a different intellectual plane - and most of his knowledge is self-taught, from everything he can get his hands on. The writings of Warrior, based on his beliefs, are both enlightening and motivational. The man is not only a modern day poet, he's a genius. I've never met anyone with such strong ethical values and beliefs. And Warrior doesn't just talk a good game - he lives it every day."
-Vince Russo

I swear to God he actually wrote that!

Why does everyone dislike and criticize The Warrior so much?

Why does everyone dislike and criticize The Warrior so much?

Because he was a terrible worker and he's freakin' loony.

Unfortunately I use to be a Warrior fan, I was on the Warrior hype but then I found out how much of an idiot he was and how bad he was in the ring.

It's hard to hear some of the things he is saying over the students yelling back and forth.

Why did the director call him a bigot?

College students are not the group he needed to be giving these speechs too. He is way too impatient and quick tempered. His unwillingness to accept anything he does not agree with is blatant. However, when someone you've never met before's dying wish is to meet you in person, that's a powerful experience and I don't think alot of people could even grasp that.

The one kid that was flipping out about the right to life without responsibility seems off base. As a baby he has the right to live, but others have responsibilites to sustain his life. And once grown it is your responsibility to sustain life. Students have a flaw where they attack someone based on their wording of statements. I believe what Warrior was trying to say is that there are no rights that come without responsibilities. Which I agree with.

Why do you guys consider him crazy? Aside from the roid rage, and the thought that he should own a character that was created FOR him BY someone else.

I almost forgot how bad hogan tried to upstage him at 6. From the kickout to the crawling around the ring during his celebration to the phony hug afterward. He is an excellent business man and I'd be willing to bet he's made at least $150 million off pro wrestling. I don't think anyone has ever or will ever be anywhere close to that. Aside from Hunter, because he manipulated the owners daughter.
